A clear support route after handover.

Use operating notes, fault records and maintenance arrangements to keep the next conversation specific.

PROJECT NOTES

What to prepare.

01

Identify the project and unit

Keep project references, equipment identifiers, configurations and handover dates, including replacements and different batches.

02

Describe the problem precisely

Record timing, steps, indications and the affected scope. Redact sensitive information from photos; do not send passwords in ordinary email.

03

Agree the support scope

Confirm remote discussion, on-site work, parts replacement and maintenance separately. Response times and free or resident services are not assumed.
